So, on completion of the call, what's happening in the background is me, the customer, I have received the booking confirmation to my email and the venue has received the booking into their Rezdy. Over here, we've got the dashboard. Underneath that is conversations, where you will find a full transcript of the conversation immediately. Under that is agents. Okay. And the knowledge base provides information to answer questions together with products that are pulled from Rezdy. In the general tab, we have the, um, welcome message, choice of voice, and accent. And then there's call forwarding which, um, allows to set up department and individuals to accommodate requests as required.
