Customers can also make and modify bookings directly within the chat, due to its direct integration with your booking system, saving you valuable time from answering emails and phone calls, and ensuring your customers get the information they need, when they need it.
Where can you embed it?
ChatyBot offers a flexible and simple implementation to suit a wide variety of website applications. With a simple piece of code you can embed the ChatyBot widget directly into a specific page on your site, or alternatively set it up as a pop-up chat interface which can appear across all website pages. Our chatbot uses the same core technology as the Chaty AI Voice Receptionist. This allows our customers to integrate directly with booking systems including Farehabor, Rezdy, Roller and Bokun so that your guests can discuss new or upcoming bookings in real-time. You can also configure ChatyBot’s persona to reflect the personality of your brand, giving it a name and characteristics to match.
All interactions with our chatbot are recorded within your Chaty dashboard, so that you can review conversations, identify missing information, and update your website and other digital touchpoints in a timely manner, to ensure you are always putting your best foot forward to guests.
